Aaron utilizes a customer-first, process-driven approach designed to maximize property value while minimizing cost and managing risks. Aaron, a native of Los Angeles, received both his Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Aaron played football while attending UCLA, culminating in the team’s 1994 Rose Bowl berth. Shortly after completing graduate school, Aaron joined CBRE.

Dave Pettigrew
Principal

Dave brings a stellar, 36+ year track record of general contracting experience in the State of California and New Mexico. Dave started his career as a general contractor in the late 1970’s in Las Cruces New Mexico and in 1984 founded Competitive Edge Construction, Inc.  

Competitive Edge Construction, Inc. enjoys a $30 Million dollar aggregate surety bonding program based on 30 years of excellent credit ratings and a well-established network of sub-contractors with no surety claims against the firm in over 36 years of doing business.

Over the last decade, Competitive Edge Construction, Inc. has completed over 300,000 square feet of retro fit and ground up charter school projects in California, exceeding of $45 Million in construction volume.

Dave was formerly the Principal of
Competitive Edge Development, LLC, which was incorporated in 2007. Competitive Edge Development successfully developed and closed escrow on $108 million in charter school projects in Southern California.
